In 2013, Sean was named a junior partner of National Resources, a multi-billion dollar real estate and development company. Under this prestigious executive position, he served at the helm of a multitude of teams charged with the design and construction of large and complicated developments. This invaluable experience paved the way for him to expand his knowledge with regard to supply chain and product development with the Flynn Stone Company, general contracting with Balfour Beatty, and real estate investment with National Resources, to now leading the development Revolution.

Sean Flynn grew up with a focus on business and targeting an end game of owning his own real estate endeavor. His humble start on a fourth generation dairy farm in Lakewood, PA taught him the value of hard work and determination and played a vital role in his family's survival. Based on the core values instilled by the labors of their farming endeavors, the Flynns later created a successful stone design and fabrication business - the “Flynn Stone Company,” which has become an international pioneer of new business practices with regard to enhanced mining technologies and methods of supply chain management.
