SEAN R. FLYNN, PE, LEED GA
In order to expand his experience and exponential growth, Sean shifted his career in 2007 when joined Balfour Beatty Construction and subsequently led with teams and family large and complicated projects in the northeastern United States, including the National Gallery of Art, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, 9/11 Memorial and Museum, Arlington National Cemetery, World War I Memorial, and many other postmodern construction and world exhibits.
After earning his MBA in Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University in 2013, he then turned his sights to the New York City real estate market, where, as a partner of National Resources, a multi-billion dollar real estate and development company, he led design and construction teams of large and complicated developments. This career experience enabled him to expand his supply chain and product development expertise with regard to Flynn Stone, his general contracting acumen with Balfour Beatty, and his real estate investment skills with National Resources. And now, armed with a prestigious wealth of knowledge and experience, Sean is ready to lead real estate from its original beginnings to "Not just any business – a world-leading and transformational business for the next generation."
